There are many benefits to doggy daycare and one o There are many benefits to doggy daycare and one of the biggest is socialisation. Dogs learn things from other dogs that they cannot learn from us humans, we call this "dog etiquette". This can mean a number of different things, including, how to greet another dog or how to play appropriately. Socialisation builds confidence in learning to react to the world around them without fear all whilst developing their manners. Here you can see Henry perfectly illustrating the "play bow", this is the universal sign in the dog world for let's play! At Galashiels Doggy Daycare we have a trial process where we assess the suitability of daycare for any newcomer.
